Boys hockey team/alignment changes for 2008-2009

Princeton/Milaca:

Somehow, I overlooked that Princeton/Milaca has moved to Section 7AA from Section 5A for 2008-2009. Thanks for the email Eric!

Rogers/Zimmerman:

Zimmerman is no longer cooped with Rogers in 2008-2009. Instead, Zimmerman has moved over to the Elk River program and are now known as Elk River/Zimmerman.

Rogers is now independent and will compete in Section 2A.

Holy Family Catholic/Waconia:

Holy Family Catholic and Waconia are no longer cooped and both have their own programs for 2008-2009. Both teams will compete in Section 2A and the Wright Conference.

Meadow Creek Christian has a varsity team for the 2008-2009 season. They are playing an independent schedule this season but are looking for a conference to be a part of in the future. Their home games will be played at the National Sports Center in Blaine.

Look for at least two brand new schools for 2009-2010, Chanhassen and East Ridge (Woodbury).
