Thief River Falls goaltender Zane Gothberg has verbally committed to the University of North Dakota. He is most likely to be part of the team in 2012. Gothberg is to be a senior at Thief River Falls High School in 2009-2010.
The Fargo Force of the United States Hockey League drafted Gothberg in the first round of this year's draft. He has yet to decide on whether he will play for the Force this upcoming season or play out his senior year at Thief River Falls.
