Hoping for a quick recovery for the following players that have sustained significant injuries within the last week and a half:
Cameron Blomlie - Anoka (junior goaltender): Blomlie suffered a head injury from a puck that hit him behind the ear during the South St. Paul Premier Tournament.
Max Gardiner - Minnetonka (senior forward): Gardiner broke his wrist against St. Thomas Academy on December 29th and will be out 4 to 6 weeks. He currently leads the Skippers in scoring.
Cory Lushanko - Chisago Lakes (junior forward): Lushanko broke his arm during the first game of the Forest Lake Invitational on December 28th against Sleepy Eye. He is currently leading his team in scoring goals with 13 on the season. He is believed to be out for the rest of the season.
Adam Knochenmus - Roseau (senior forward): Knochenmus is out three to four weeks with a separated shoulder that he suffered against Faribault during the Roseau Holiday Classic. Knochenmus is the 2nd leading scorer for the Rams with 14 goals and 31 total points.
Travis Connell - Roseau (junior forward): Connell was injured and taken off the ice during Roseau's game with Crookston on Tuesday. I just found out that Connell is okay. He has a very sore neck and will be out about a week.
