Section 7AA Playoffs Preview

My pick: Duluth East | Why?: Mike Randolph's defensive mind and the DECC. Even in their loss to Elk River AT Elk River, the shots were 33-14 in Duluth East's favor! Now, take that show on the road to the DECC for the championship game. It is basically a home game for Duluth East. However, Elk River/Zimmerman has go-to goal scorers on their team in Ben Jaremko and Chad Hennum. Duluth East does not have a go-to goal scorer. Max Tardy was that guy last year but he graduated.

Have a shot: Elk River/Zimmerman, Andover

Could surprise: Forest Lake
