Follow The Puck on Twitter

During the off-season, I do not do much with the site. I've grown tired and frustrated with its current blog layout. I do have someone working on building a new website for me. With a new site, not a blog, I'll be able to provide my visitors with better information and layout the information properly.

The new site will not have a lot of 'fluff' or 'flair' with over-the-top graphics but it will have solid statistics and information on players and teams from several leagues across the United States, not just Minnesota. It will be a site that does what no other current hockey website is doing or has done. If you need a visual, think of a site geared more toward something similar to College Hockey News.

The NAHL (North American Hockey League) draft is tomorrow, Wednesday, May 26th, 2010 at 1:00 PM Central. You can either follow me or follow the NAHL @NAHLhockey. 95 Minnesotans started the 2009-2010 season on an NAHL roster. With the league expanding to 25 teams, we should see over 100 players from Minnesota drafted into this Junior A, Tier II league.

I am updating Twitter almost daily. If you have a Twitter account, follow me here @followthepuck. Let's see if we can get the number of followers up to 1,000 by Summer's end!

Enjoy the Stanley Cup! Philadelphia vs. Chicago! It should be a great one!
