Jacks defeat short-staffed Detroit Lakes

The Bemidji High boys hockey team turned in a dominating performance against a short handed Detroit Lakes squad Tuesday, winning 6-1 in Nymore.
Detroit Lakes dressed only 12 players for the game, including two goalies. One of the forwards was lost to injury after the first period, leaving the Lakers with only 10 skaters.
It was a near Herculean effort by DL to even stay in the game with the players getting precious little rest.Read the rest of the story here.
