The start of day number two, Class AA quarterfinals.
Eden Prairie gets it started early. Less than two minutes into the game, David Rath blasts one by Hill-Murray goaltender Tim Shaughnessy and gives the Eagles a 1-0 lead.
On the powerplay, coming up the ice, Nick Leddy used his speed to fly past defenders, get a good shot on Shaughnessy, Shaughnessy stopped it but let a rebound right back to Leddy, and Leddy capitalized and sent his next shot past the Pioneers goaltender. 2-0 Eden Prairie.
