The Minnesota Minutemen have announced the winner of the 27th Annual Mr. Hockey Award. It is Kyle Rau of Eden Prairie.Rau and Eden Prairie won the Minnesota Boys Class AA State Tournament last night.
The other nine finalists included:
Josh Archibald - Brainerd/Pillager/Pierz
Ben Bahe - Hill-Murray
Jonny Brodzinski - Blaine
Tony Cameranesi - Wayzata
Patrick Daly - Benilde-St. Margaret's
Max Everson - Edina
Steven Fogarty - Edina
Garrett Hendrickson - Virginia/Mountain Iron-Buhl
Joseph LaBate - Academy of Holy Angels

Kyle Rau finished the 2010-2011 season with 40 goals, 41 assists in 31 games. In the Class State Tournament, he had five goals and two assists including the championship game's game-winner in triple overtime.
